Thank You (Remembering 2006)

The clock is ticking fast....the calendar pages are running thin.....i still remember the same time last year, I was just starting to research and plan my wedding....oh well, in about 10 days time, I am having my actual wedding!

I can't believe time flies sooooooo FAST... another new year is just round the corner. Me have been thinking. Now that I don't work.....I have alot of time to think. Sometimes, I reckon I must think so hard....my hair would turn grey....but then, I think I have good genes or my thoughts are so trival....my body is not reacting to it.

I think I am very blessed. 2006 have been such an eventful year and have shown me the wonderful people I have in my life. I am very thankful, for these people have been placed specially in mine and their lives. As this year comes to an end, I remember these beautiful people:

The gals in Sg: Thanks for making effort to spend time with me whenever I'm back. Those nights having coffee and dinners.....too good to forget! Come to think of it....isn't it special that we have known and hung out with one another for 10 years? It's bloody long time!

Nic: He wants to be known as Ruen but as I said before, can't change the tongue which has been calling u Nic for almost 10 yrs! Thanks for helping me with my wedding....sad that you can't make it to the actual day on the 27 dec but I know you will be there on the 8 Feb!

The gals in Perth: Hey! Hey! Hey! We have bloody good outings! Fabulous food each time and lotsa fun and joy! Thanks for your friendship. I'm sure me as your social director, we will have more yumo food outings in the brand new year!

My ex-uni friends: Oh boy! Though we are all continents apart now.....those wonderful memories we have of our uni-days have bonded us together. Thanks for keeping in touch and I know we will continue to do so... :)

The beautiful people I met in Terry Tyzack's gym: The best fitness instructor - Carolyn, I ever met in my life; such motivation and dedication cannot be bought with a luxury club membership. Your motivation has made me come back for more, and I know my fitness well-being is the result of your work.

Dien's family: Well, all of you have been so kind to me from day 1. I am so lucky to be part of this family.

My family: Huh....my parents said I'm the "ma-fan" (troublesome) one....must have my own ways all the time. Thanks for being there for me....and my brother, thanks bro!

Dien: Hmm, I think that he is the top of the top 3 persons who has to put up with my all nonsense! His kindness and generosity in all ways.....thanks darling!

All other friends that haven't been mentioned: U know who u r....thanks for playing a role in my little life. I cherish our friendships and liked I said....we don't just bump into one another....it is by God's grace that we meet.

Most important of all: Thank you God for giving me such a wonderful year of 2006. All the laughter and tears....they have made me a stronger person. Your wonderful love and grace and you always so magnanimous with your providence. Thank you Lord!

I wish all my friends and everyone out there to have a wonderful holiday season. May all have a blessed Christmas and a great New Year.

Counting down...

I think today is an appropriate day to start my counting down....

• 20 days to my wedding.
• 2 weeks prior to the arrival of my overseas guests. Commencement of my airport shuttle.

My feeling at the moment....kinda numb....not sure what to anticipate. (Is this the norm???)

My expectation? I hope everything will go smoothly on the day itself. Everyone to have a good time and lotsa of fun, including myself!!!

Time really flies....2006 is coming to an end.

My achievement for 2006? I got married before the year ends, before I turned 30... would this be considered as an achievement?

What about 2007????????
